THE SWANN INN IS AVAILABLE FOR WEEKLY RENTALS for Families, 

Wedding parties, West Point Graduation.

ROOM RATES 

Weekend Rates for our rooms start at $175.00 - $205.00 

Monday through Thursday. Weekday Rates: $170 to $195.00. 

OCCUPANCY

Occupancy is based on two persons per room, in the same bed. There is an additional housekeeping charge if you use an additional bed in the room of $25. Additional persons in the room are charged $50 per person. 

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT

Check-in is from 3 pm to 9 pm. Check out is at 11 am.

Please contact us in advance if you want a late check in. There is a $25 late checkout fee if you stay past 11 am. 

Gratuities are not included.

Discounts are not offered on holidays and special events. 

We offer one-night stays from Sundays through Friday. There is a minimum stay of two nights if your stay includes a Saturday. However, from time to time we do have single-night stays on Saturdays when available, so please call.   

TO MAKE A RESERVATION: 

We will take Master Card or Visa to hold your reservation. We will run your credit card when you arrive at the inn. We prefer cash or check at checkout, but we do also take Mastercard and Visa and debit cards 

CANCELLATION POLICY 

We have a 2-week cancellation policy. If you cancel before the 14 days, there will be no charge. If you cancel during the 14 days prior to your stay, you will be responsible for the entire stay. 

Holiday Cancellation Policy: There is a 3-week cancellation policy for holidays. If you cancel during this time period, you will be responsible for the entire stay. For West Point or whole house bookings, there is a 4-week cancellation policy and a 25% nonrefundable deposit.

Rates are subject to change. 

All rates are subject to Dutchess County Occupancy Tax and New York State Sales and City of Beacon Occupancy Tax. 

(8.125% Sales Tax and 4% Occupancy Tax and 2% City of Beacon Tax) 

We are open on Holidays! 

Pets and Children 5 and Under are Welcome in Tranquility Suite Only! We can accommodate guests with young children in the Tranquility Suite on the 2nd floor of the Inn. The suite includes a refrigerator, sink, and microwave. Children must be supervised at all times. Pet owners should curb their dogs, Advance notice is needed for pets. Reservations are advised. 

The Swann Inn of Beacon is a smoke-free environment. There is no smoking of any kind allowed in the Inn. We have designated smoking areas outside the home. There is a $300 fine if there is evidence of smoking in your room, that will be charged to your credit card. 

We have pets who stay in the private section of the house.
